S.D.M. incorporates a low-glycemic index eating plan based on the latest scientific that will help you maintain stable blood sugar and energy levels.

Phase 1: 3 to 6 months
We will establish weight loss goals, set the foundations for health (digestion, sleep, stress and other), reset your liver health with Liver Reset Program, develop a diet plan, customize supplement protocol to support body systems and implement daily exercise.
Phase 2: 6-12 months
Maintenance can be very challenging. After you successfully lose at least 10% of your initial weight, maintenance will focus on continuing lifestyle change.
Phase 3: 12 months+
After completion of the 9 to 12 month cycle, we will repeat the weight management program as needed until target weight is achieved and maintained.
